Teaching Strategy

A highly trained team of teachers and professionally qualified therapists oversee all aspects of mental retardation. These professionals come with years of hands-on experience in the field. They evaluate the benefits of nurturing individual talent and encourage each student to realise his or her potential.

The school promotes a holistic process, where the Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual & Social Quotients (SQ) of the student are aligned through diverse interventions.

Teaching strategies focus on tasks which the students enjoy. By keenly perceiving the individual's talents, abilities and preferences, the teachers are able to bring about excellent results. The idea is to transfer as much learning as possible by moulding the education to the individual student's needs. Such an effervescent learning process elicits joy in both, the teacher and student.

Each new day brings with it new challenges; and from these arise special teaching strategies and unorthodox technologies. These are then developed, constantly reviewed and upgraded.
